Job Description

The Center for Great Expectations (CGE), a program within The Arc Tampa Bay, is a clinic-based program for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a BCBA experienced in working in a clinic setting to assist in our center-based Applied Behavior Analysis program. Skills / Requirements

Job Requirements (but not limited to):

  • Provide oversite and supervision to BCBA’s, BCaBA’s and RBT’s
  • Conduct intakes and complete assessments/reassessments
  • Create/update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and individualized programming
  • Provide services to children enrolled in programs
  • Graph and analyze data
  • Submit required documents to obtain/maintain funding
  • Provide caregiver/parent training when necessary

The qualified candidate must:

  • possess knowledge and experience in directing programming for children with autism
  • have experience in an ABA clinic setting
  • have experience in conducting assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLs)
  • hold Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • pass all background screenings and drug test
  • be self-driven and motivated in clinical excellence
