Job Description

The Arc Tampa Bay is seeking an individual experienced in the social services/case management industry.  The Adult Day Program Service Coordinator will assist a case load of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in assuring they are receiving meaningful day activity.  This coordinator also is a communication line to outside support coordinators as well as caretakers/family members of the people we serve.  This individual is responsible for the consumers living outside of The Arc Tampa Bay's residential program.  

Along with coordinating for current consumers, The ADT coordinator will liase between potential new consumers to the program, offering information and giving on site tours.

.  This individual will be responsible for insuring that all programmatic issues are in accordance with APD, Medicaid Waiver, and Core Assurances standards.

Skills / Requirements

  • Employee will have at least 2 years experience in related field.  Employee must have experience working individuals with disabilities
  • Employee will be required to attend Zero Tolerance, Core Competencies, and other relevant trainings.
  • AA in human services/social work/or related field preferred
