We are seeking an experienced Job Coach to assist our diverse population with obtaining and retaining gainful employment.

  • It is the job coach's responsibility to assist the individuals on their caseload with the application process, interview process, on the job training, and continued support.

Schedule will vary based upon the needs of the people in the caseload.

Skills / Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in business, nursing, education, or a social/behavioral/rehabilitative science.  An Associates Degree and 2 years of experience in one of the above fields shall substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.  Experience in one of the above fields shall substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.


Important Notes

Training:  Attendance at an 18 hour pres-service, and 8 hours of annual in-service training;


Employee will be required to successfully complete and update First Aid Training, CPR Training (to include physical demonstration of the skill), HIV / Infection Control Training, Zero Tolerance Training, Core Competency Training and any additional trainings relevant to area of responsibility as assigned.
